What ingredients do you use?
What ingredients do you use?
Everything that goes into a Zesty Paws® Chew only comes from trusted suppliers – from our meat and fish to our fruit, veg, herbs and grains. Not forgetting our branded active ingredients.
Our philosophy is that if we wouldn't put it on our plate, we won’t put it in your dog’s bowl – it’s that simple.
Do the chews smell?
Do the chews smell?
Well, we guess this one’s down to personal taste! We decided to make sure Zesty Paws® Chews contains only top-quality ingredients – including turkey, salmon and dried pumpkin – to ensure your dog gets the most out of each mouthful. So, with such a high meat content, they’re bound to give off a bit of a whiff. But it’s an odour that will have your pooch jumping up for more, so we can’t apologise for this one!
Is Zesty Paws® suitable for puppies?
Is Zesty Paws® suitable for puppies?
Absolutely. As long as your puppy is above the age of 4 months, they can enjoy an extra dose of delicious nutrition.
Can I give my dog Zesty Paws® alongside medication and other supplements?
Can I give my dog Zesty Paws® alongside medication and other supplements?
Zesty Paws® can be taken alongside medications and other supplements if needed. But please check with your vet first to make sure.
When should I give my dog their daily dose of Zesty Paws®?
When should I give my dog their daily dose of Zesty Paws®?
Our chews are designed to be flexible, so you can dish out these treats every morning, each afternoon or even split them throughout the day. That way, your pooch has a great reason to get up in the mornings and something to look forward to once the chasing, exploring and digging is over.
What if my dog wants more?
What if my dog wants more?
This is an excellent question and a common problem when it comes to our tasty treats! While all our products are rigorously tested and safe, we still recommend sticking to the daily dose suggested on the label.
How do I know if my dog is classed as a puppy, an adult or a senior?
How do I know if my dog is classed as a puppy, an adult or a senior?
This varies from breed to breed but, as a general rule of thumb, puppies graduate from puppyhood at around one – sometimes a little older for larger breeds. Likewise for senior dogs - one size (age!) doesn’t fit all. However, as a guide, dogs reach senior status at around seven. This is a little younger for larger breeds and a little older for smaller breeds.
Should I give my dog Zesty Paws® every day?
Should I give my dog Zesty Paws® every day?
Absolutely. Like all great habits, consistency is key. Making Zesty Paws® a part of your dog’s daily routine is the best way to get the most out of our supplements and ensure they reap the benefits in each bite.
Does Zesty Paws® need to be refrigerated?
Does Zesty Paws® need to be refrigerated?
Another added bonus to our delicious, nutritious treats is that they don’t need to be chilled, meaning they’re perfect for when you’re on the go. All we ask is you store them in a cool, dry place (cupboards are perfect!) and make sure you click the lid back down after each use to ensure they stay Zesty for next time.
Is Zesty Paws® packaging recyclable?
Is Zesty Paws® packaging recyclable?
Absolutely. At Zesty Paws®, we care just as much about the planet as we do your pets! Our tubs (and the labels) are recyclable, so you can pop them in with the rest. However, check with someone who knows before putting our lids in too, as they may have to be disposed of a little differently. We’re constantly trying to find new ways to reduce our paw print, so make sure you’re following us too for the latest information.
As our mission continues to evolve in bold new ways, every idea and ambition of ours wouldn’t be possible without you.
We know that sounds super cheesy, but it’s true!
